Flag Day (the longest one)

FLAG DAY

Well Flag Day is here again

"The longest day of the summer and once again this year it will be decreed Shetland Flag day - when visitors and locals alike are invited to join in the celebrations by prominently flying Shetland's very own 'national' flag. A variety of flags, car flags, stickers, pin badges and pennant style flags are available from several local outlets including the VisitShetland tourist office at the Market Cross, Lerwick." johnsmasfoy

Here in Lancashire it is no different...

So, this morning we put the flag out.

It has BEEn a fantastic day so far and a brilliant week end. BEEing hot also brought out our flowering bush and a multitude of BEEs
